By confirming a booking, the traveler acknowledges that FlixHoly acts solely as a travel facilitator and booking partner and is not the direct provider of accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or hospitality services.

Any promises, discounts, upgrades, or representations made by third parties that are not documented through official FlixHoly communication shall not be binding upon FlixHoly.

Hotels, resorts, transportation companies, drivers, airlines, guides, activity operators, and local vendors operate independently.

FlixHoly does not own, manage, supervise, employ, or control such third-party providers.

FlixHoly shall not be responsible for:

• Hotel staff behavior or service quality
• Service delays caused by providers
• Changes in room allocation or hotel facilities
• Vehicle conditions beyond provider standards
• Strikes, closures, overbooking situations, or disruptions

6. No Guarantee of Personal Experience

Travel experiences are subjective. While FlixHoly strives to provide premium and memorable travel arrangements, individual satisfaction may vary based on personal expectations, weather conditions, seasonal factors, crowd levels, and third-party service provider performance.

7. Changes to Itinerary

FlixHoly reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation arrangements, sightseeing schedules, or activities when necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, supplier availability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Complaint Resolution

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility shall be governed by the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. No refunds shall be guaranteed for dissatisfaction arising from subjective preferences, weather conditions, local circumstances, or actions of independent service providers.

All content, branding, itineraries, logos, photographs, website designs, and materials associated with FlixHoly remain the exclusive property of FlixHoly and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Acceptance of Risk

By confirming a booking, the traveler acknowledges that travel involves inherent uncertainties and risks. The traveler voluntarily accepts such risks and agrees that FlixHoly's responsibility is limited to arranging and coordinating travel services through third-party providers.
